MY STUDIO
Apart from my formal education in Fine Art, I’ve spent the past 18 years engaged as a devoted student in somatic embodiment practices. My studio is where my creative, intellectual, and somatic work come together.
At my core is a passion for living through body-centered intelligence. I’m curious about how we navigate paradox, integrate the full range of human experience, and express this through both mind and body.
My recent artwork explores the body and movement as visual metaphors, designed with intention for the environments they inhabit. My approach draws on research, design, and embodied exploration. I focus on moving beyond inherited patterns and limiting beliefs, aiming to create space for more authentic ways of being and relating.
I believe the body is a source of truth. When we listen to it, rather than relying only on the analytical mind, we uncover deeper layers of insight. From here, contradictions can coexist, and movement replaces inertia.
