BRIEF

Adhera solutions are designed to support people living with one or more chronic conditions. We provide a tailored FDA-approved behavioral change platform that is prescribed to the member and caregivers that has been diagnosed with chronic health conditions. Adhera health´s solutions are powered by evidence-based modules for stress relief, personalized health education, and coaching to name a few. Our behavioral design focuses on improving adherence to lifestyle and treatment recommendations by enabling people to have proactive involvement in their own health.

As lead designer, I am at the heart of innovating and strategizing the product and the company’s brand. In addition, I oversee all things design.

STRATEGY, VISION & SCOPE

I am responsible for designing our go-to-market solution for the US and in parallel continuously designing new improvements for our European solutions. I currently design 5 solutions in addition to an end-user app and a health care professional-patient dashboard. Last but not least, I strategize visual content for our marketing and our executive teams communication material.

LEADERSHIP

I am part of a highly talented cross-functional team consisting of engineers, content creators, and product owners. I define and prioritize the work with the Product Director and CTO.

MEET ALEX

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Alex has been diagnosed with breast cancer. She is 36, married, and a mother of two young boys. Most of her time is spent at her job as a real estate agent and taking care of her family.

Alex is worried about the side effects of her condition, like fatigue, her appearance, and the financial strain. There is also a strong possibility that she will need a mastectomy.

Alex has discussed her fears with her clinician, and they have recommended she uses the Adhera Health solution to empower her with customized programs that adapt to her personal journey. Her care team will also have access to valuable and accurate insights regarding her physical and mental wellbeing throughout.

Prior to Alex’s visit, her health care team has already checked how she has been doing. During Alex’s visit her oncologist comes ready with actionable information that gets augmented with Alex’s feedback.
They put together an action plan to tackle new oncoming symptoms.
