BRIEF
Health Tech 180 is an international venture capital firm focused on investing in and scaling healthcare and health technology companies. As the firm expanded its portfolio and global presence, there was a need for a clear, cohesive brand system that could support both the parent brand and multiple sub brands under a unified umbrella.
The project involved the design and implementation of two new websites. One for the Health Tech 180 parent brand, and one scalable framework for portfolio specific micro brands.
MY ROLE AND SCOPE
I led the design and implementation of the Health Tech 180 mother brand, defining the visual identity, information architecture, and digital experience. In parallel, I designed a flexible micro brand system that allowed individual portfolio companies to express their unique positioning while remaining clearly connected to the parent brand.
My responsibilities included:

This approach ensured consistency at the portfolio level while allowing each venture to communicate its own focus, maturity, and value proposition.
APPROACH
The key challenge was balancing clarity, credibility, and flexibility. The parent brand needed to communicate trust, expertise, and strategic vision to investors and partners, while the micro brands needed enough freedom to evolve alongside their respective companies.
I focused on:

OUTCOME

This project reflects my approach to system driven brand design. Build strong foundations, design for change, and enable scale without sacrificing clarity or coherence.
